Customer Reviews
Good product, slow shipping
I ordered the FreshFade 2020C Clipper and a set of Fade Blades. The clipper itself is really good, feels solid and the stay-cool tech is noticeable during longer cuts. It performed as well as I'd hoped, giving a clean, consistent fade. However, the shipping took about 8 business days to get to my shop in Toronto, which felt a bit long, especially since I needed the blades for a busy week. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but couldn't really speed things up. The value was there, but faster delivery would make it a much smoother experience next time.
My new Forte Pro Dryer
So I finally got the Forte Pro Dryer, and wow, this thing is powerful. My old dryer was always getting super hot, but this one really does stay cool like they said, which is nice when you're doing a bunch of clients back-to-back. It's a bit heavier than I expected, took a little getting used to, but it dries hair so much faster. The cord is long enough too, which is a small but really helpful detail. Overall, pretty happy with this purchase, made my work a lot easier.
Onyx Trimmer is great
Bought the Onyx Trimmer. Works well, charges fast. Clean lines. Shipping was quick enough. Happy with it.
Good deal on a new clipper
I was looking to replace my old clipper and found the FreshFade 2020C on sale here. With the first order discount, it was a solid price compared to other places. Shipping was free because I hit the minimum, which was a nice bonus. The clipper feels really well made and cuts smoothly. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially for a first-time buyer like me trying out a new brand.
Consistent quality, returning customer
This was my third order from Berry Beachy, and they're still reliable. I got the JRL Ghost Clipper this time, upgrading from an older FreshFade model I'd purchased from them a couple of years ago. The performance is consistently excellent across their product line, and the Ghost Clipper is no exception – smooth, quiet, and powerful. Shipping was on par with my previous experiences, arriving within a week. I always appreciate that their replacement blades are authentic; I've had issues with fakes from other sites. They've earned my continued business for sure.

How long does shipping usually take if I order to Vancouver? Need a new trimmer kinda urgently.
Thinking about upgrading from my old Wahl clippers to an Onyx. Are the JRL clippers really that much better, especially the stay-cool tech? Or is it just hype?
Can you stack coupon codes on JRL Canada? I have a professional discount and I saw a free shipping code floating around.
Hey, looking to grab one of the FreshFade clippers. Does anyone know if they come with the Canadian plug? Don't wanna get it and then need an adapter.
Does JRL Canada ever have sales outside of Black Friday? Really want a Forte Pro Dryer but the price is a bit steep right now.
